OnlyCoins Refunds & Disputes Policy

(Supplement to the OnlyCoins Terms of Service)

This policy explains how refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes are handled on OnlyCoins. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. No Refund Policy

• All transactions on OnlyCoins are final and non-refundable.
• This includes all payments for subscriptions, tips, content unlocks, and any other transactions on the platform.
• Because blockchain transactions (e.g. USDC transfers) are irreversible by nature, refunds cannot be processed once a transaction is completed.
• Users should carefully review Creator profiles, content previews, and pricing before making any purchase.

2. No Exceptions

• OnlyCoins does not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Dissatisfaction with content
  • Technical issues or platform errors
  • Creator misconduct or account suspension
  • Duplicate payments
  • Accidental purchases
• All sales are final once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

3. Chargebacks

• Users must not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through their bank or payment provider.
• Unauthorised chargebacks will result in immediate and permanent suspension of the user's account.
• OnlyCoins reserves the right to pursue legal action and recovery of costs associated with fraudulent chargebacks.
• If a chargeback is successful, OnlyCoins reserves the right to deduct the disputed amount (plus fees) from the Creator's earnings.

4. Dispute Resolution

• While refunds are not available, disputes between Users and Creators may be reported to OnlyCoins support at support@onlycoins.example.com.
• OnlyCoins may investigate reported issues and take appropriate action against accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
• However, no financial compensation or refunds will be provided as a result of any dispute resolution.

5. User Responsibility

• By using OnlyCoins, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all transactions you initiate.
• You agree to verify all transaction details before confirming any payment.
• You understand that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and that OnlyCoins cannot reverse or refund completed transactions.

6. Legal Requirements

This no-refund policy applies to the maximum extent permitted by law. In jurisdictions where consumer protection laws require refunds under certain circumstances, those legal requirements will supersede this policy only to the minimum extent required by applicable law.

7. Final Authority

OnlyCoins maintains sole discretion in interpreting and enforcing this policy. All decisions regarding disputes, chargebacks, and policy enforcement are final and binding.
